All care begins with an Initial Comprehensive Assessment. Patients pursuing fertility care may choose to begin with an individual assessment, or a bundled couples evaluation that includes partner support from the start.

    This comprehensive service establishes your care with me as a new patient. This will include a 90-minute initial consultation via Zoom.

    This visit includes:

    • In-depth personal, medical, and reproductive history

    • Review of current symptoms, concerns, and goals

    • Clinical pattern recognition and prioritization

    • Personalized lab and imaging recommendations

    This visit focuses on assessment and diagnostic strategy.

    This visit includes:

    • Review of shared reproductive goals and timeline

    • Fertility-focused health assessment for both partners

    • Identification of key fertility risk factors

    • Personalized fertility lab strategy for each partner

    This service is designed for couples seeking to optimize their fertility through a collaborative approach, allowing both partners to receive comprehensive evaluations and treatments as a unified team.

    Each partner will participate in joint visits while receiving individualized lab evaluations and treatment plans to enhance chances of conception.

    This package provides a cost-effective option compared to the cost of individual visits for each partner.

02 | Initial Results Review & Treatment Planning

After testing is completed, a dedicated visit is scheduled to review findings and establish a personalized care plan.

This visit includes:

  • Review and interpretation of lab and/or imaging results

  • Explanation of findings in clinical context

  • A personalized, phased treatment plan

  • Guidance on next steps and follow-up timing

This visit marks the beginning of active treatment for new patients.

03 | Ongoing Care for Established Patients

These offerings are designed for established patients who wish to continue their care, refine their treatment plan, or check in as new needs unfold over time. Ongoing care supports thoughtful progression through each phase of treatment, allowing for adjustments based on response, results, and evolving goals.

Care is delivered through scheduled follow-up visits and, when appropriate, optional membership support for guidance between appointments.

  • 40 minutes

    Routine follow-up visits are designed to support implementation and refinement of your treatment plan as care progresses.

    During these visits, we may:

    • Review your response to current recommendations

    • Assess symptom changes and emerging patterns

    • Adjust supplements, lifestyle strategies, repeat bloodwork and establish next-phase priorities

    • Address questions that require clinical assessment or decision-making

    Routine follow-up visits are full clinical appointments and are distinct from between-visit messaging or membership support.

  • 60 minutes

    This service is for patients who have been inactive (not followed up in the past year) or those presenting new health issues that require a complete workup. The new evaluation includes a thorough assessment and follow-up visit to ensure comprehensive care.

04 | Membership Support

For patients who benefit from deeper guidance between visits, HAVEN offers structured membership support. Membership support does not replace scheduled follow-up visits, which remain necessary for clinical assessment, plan adjustments, and progression through phases of care.

Patients who are not enrolled in a membership may still email brief clarifying questions; however, questions requiring clinical interpretation, ongoing guidance, or decision-making are best addressed during a follow-up visit or through membership support.

    • one 40-minute clinical check-in each month
    • symptom and progress review
    • minor protocol and supplement adjustments as needed
    • cycle guidance when applicable
    • brief messaging support between visits for quick updates or clarifications

    Designed for women who are actively working through a treatment plan and benefit from consistent clinical guidance as their body begins responding to care. As symptoms shift and your body adapts to treatment, having dedicated time each month allows us to review progress, discuss changes, and make thoughtful adjustments to your protocol during active phases of care.

    Support is thoughtful, paced, and designed to complement scheduled clinical follow-up appointments,

  • Structured, between-visit support for individuals and couples navigating fertility, including those preparing for pregnancy, actively trying to conceive, or undergoing IUI or IVF.

    This membership provides ongoing guidance outside of scheduled appointments, such as cycle and symptom interpretation, fertility-focused clarification, and support as recommendations or as fertility treatments unfold. It is designed to complement scheduled visits and reproductive endocrinology care, not replace them.

  • Availability is limited to a small number of patients at a time to ensure attentive and timely support.

    A premium level of care for those who desire very close clinical oversight during their active treatment process.

    Best suited for patients who:

    • are navigating complex or multi-layered health concerns
    • are actively undergoing fertility treatments (IUI, IVF, ovulation induction)
    • are moving through intensive treatment phases where plans may change quickly
    • want closer clinical oversight and more immediate access to guidance

    Concierge Support Includes:

    • direct text access during business hours for time-sensitive questions
    • priority response for updates related to your treatment plan
    • additional clinical guidance when symptoms, medications, or treatments shift
    • support navigating decisions during fertility treatment or other complex care phases

Consultative medical support for children, delivered alongside their pediatrician. This service focuses on regulation, sleep, digestion, nutrition, immune resilience, and developmental transitions. Accepted case by case to ensure alignment with a consulting care model.

  • 60 minutes

    A comprehensive, consultative visit focused on understanding a child’s foundational physiology and regulation patterns.

    This visit includes a detailed review of history, current concerns, and environmental context.

    Guidance is centered on nervous system regulation, sleep, digestion, nutrition, immune resilience, and developmental transitions.

    Care is provided alongside a child’s pediatrician and does not replace pediatric primary care. Consults are accepted on a case-by-case basis to ensure alignment with a consulting care model.

  • 40 minutes

    Follow-up visits are designed to reassess progress, refine recommendations, and support ongoing regulation and resilience as needs evolve.

    These visits allow for adjustment of nutrition, lifestyle, and supportive strategies over time, while maintaining clear boundaries within a consultative care framework.

    Follow-ups are scheduled as needed.
